By Mark Morris on December 22, 2012
(AP) THE IOWA SUPREME COURT SAYS A BOSS CAN FIRE AN EMPLOYEE HE CONSIDERS AN “IRRESISTIBLE ATTRACTION” EVEN IF THE EMPLOYEE HAS DONE NOTHING WRONG. IT HAS RULED AGAINST A FEMALE DENTAL ASSISTANT WHO WAS FIRED BY A FORT DODGE DENTIST AFTER HIS WIFE DEMANDED IT. THE DENTIST’S LAWYER SAYS THE COURT’S DECISION IS “IN FAVOR OF FAMILY VALUES.”
