A KEOKUK MAN IS FACING CHARGES OF ARSON AND METH-MAKING, AFTER LEE COUNTY NARCOTICS TASK FORCE MEMBERS FOLLOWED UP ON A SUSPICIOUS FIRE…LAST WEEK…AT HIS FORMER HOME IN THE 300 BLOCK OF SOUTH 11TH STREET. 44-YEAR OLD DARRELL AZBILL IS ACCUSED OF MANUFACTURING MORE THAN FIVE GRAMS OF METH…SECOND OR SUBSEQUENT OFFENSE…..AND ARSON IN THE FIRST DEGREE. IF CONVICTED OF BOTH COUNTS, AZBILL COULD BE SENTENCED TO UP TO 100 YEARS IN PRISON.
