LeeCo Drug Task Force Busts VBCo Man on Meth Charge

A 27-YEAR OLD VAN BUREN COUNTY MAN WAS ARRESTED ON DRUG CHARGES YESTERDAY(WED). DREW GARRETSON OF (406 4TH STREET) BONAPARTE IS FACING A COUNT OF CONSPIRACY TO MANUFACTURE MORE THAN FIVE GRAMS OF METH, SECOND OR SUBSEQUENT OFFENSE. HE’S ACCUSED OF PROVIDING ITEMS USED TO MAKE METH IN LEE COUNTY. HE WAS ALSO SERVED WITH A PROBATION VIOLATION WARRANT.
IF HE’S FOUND GUILTY OF BOTH CHARGES, GARRETSON COULD FACE A SENTENCE OF UP TO 75 YEARS IN STATE PRISON.
