LEE COUNTY’S NARCOTICS TASK FORCE HAS MADE TWO MORE ARRESTS. 37-YEAR OLD MATT SHIPLEY OF (27-06 AVENUE L) FORT MADISON WAS PICKED UP YESTERDAY(TUE) AND WILL FACE A FELONY COUNT OF POSSESSION OF METH WITH INTENT TO DELIVER, SECOND OR SUBSEQUENT OFFENSE…AND TWO DRUG-RELATED MISDEMEANORS. 30-YEAR OLD MELISSA DAVIS OF (44-06 AVENUE L) FORT MADISON IS CHARGED ONLY WITH A MISDEMEANOR – POSSESSION OF DRUG PARAPHERNALIA. DAVIS IS ELIGIBLE FOR UP TO A MONTH IN JAIL, WHILE SHIPLEY COULD GO AWAY FOR MORE THAN 32 YEARS, IF CONVICTED.
