Cardinals Flock to Vatican to Pick Benedict’s Successor

VATICAN CITY (AP) — Cardinals are being treated like rock stars as they gather at the Vatican to plan when they’ll pick a new pope.
They arrived today with TV crews swarming and their handlers pushing their way through the crowds.
But they’re also discussing recent scandals that have rocked the church, including Scottish Cardinal Keith O’Brien’s admitting that he engaging in sexual misconduct and the leaking of papal documents.
