Pearl J. Kuisle, age 91, of Mediapolis, passed away peacefully on April 24, 2013. BornFebruary 26, 1922 in Lockridge, she was the daughter of Gertrude and William Bain.
Pearl worked at Ross Manufacturing and Exide Battery, each for over 15 years. She was a member of the FirstBaptistChurch in Mediapolis.
Beloved wife of John Kuisle for over twenty years; loving mother of Gary Foster; cherished grandmother of Craig (T.J.) Foster, Brad (Judy) Foster, Brian (Terry) Foster, Bruce (Amy) Foster, Rhonda (Tim) Clover and Shawn (Alyson) Foster; proud great-grandmother of 13 and great-great grandmother of 9; dear sister of Margaret Arnold & Helen Abbott. She is also survived by 3 stepsons and 3 stepdaughers.
She is preceded in death by 4 brothers and 3 sisters.

The funeral service for Pearl Kuisle will be held on Monday, April 29, 2013 at 10:00 a.m. at the Hagele and Honts Funeral Home in Mediapolis, with Pastor Gary Biggs officiating. Interment will follow at the AspenGroveCemetery, Burlington.
Friends may call on Sunday from 2-7:00 p.m. at the Hagele and Honts Funeral Home in Mediapolis, where the family will meet with friends from 5-7:00 p.m. A memorial has been established for GreatRiver Hospice.
