Lee County Drug Bust
A Keokuk man and woman were arrested yesterday for allegedly manufacturing methamphetamine.
The Lee County Narcotics Task Force arrested 47-year-old Barbara Kay and 55-year-old Wesley Rose. Kay has been charged with Conspiracy to Manufacture Methamphetamine in excess of five grams. Rose is charged with the same thing as well as Maintaining a Drug House, Possession of Methamphetamine, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. If convicted, Kay can face up to 25 years in a state correctional facility, while Rose can face up to 28.
