Two Women Dead, Boy Missing in San Antonio Flooding

SAN ANTONIO (AP) — The National Weather Service says the flash flood threat in the area near San Antonio, Texas will persist through late this morning, though the sun is expected to break through later.

 

Nearly ten inches of rain fell yesterday, killing two women and leaving a teen-age boy missing. Emergency responders conducted more than 200 rescues.

In the suburb of Schertz, authorities are still looking for a teenage boy who was swept away while trying to cross the swollen Cibolo Creek.
