LeeCo Task Force Busts Keokuk Businesswoman
After a brief lull, the Lee County Narcotics Task Force has announced the arrest of a 25-year-old Keokuk woman on marijuana charges.
Amber Kelly (of 126 North 4th Street) is accused of possession with intent to deliver, simple possession, possession of drug paraphernalia, a drug tax-stamp violation, maintaining a drug house, and child endangerment. If convicted of all six counts, Kelly could go to prison for more than 15 years.
In addition to her home, Kelly’s accused of dealing drugs at her business, Great Glam Clothing Boutique, at 404 Main in Keokuk.
