Authorities have finally released the name of the man who was shot it in an alley in Fort Madison Monday afternoon.
The man is 25-year-old Richard Griffiths of Fort Madison. Griffiths was shot in the leg at around 3:30pm near Ave F and G. He had to be flown to Iowa City for treatment. His condition is not available and no suspects have been found.
