It’s homecoming week for Burlington High School.
Yesterday was a “Zombie Apocalypse” themed day. Today is “Tacky Tourists Day”. Other events going on this week include a homecoming parade on Thursday starting at 6pm on West Ave, followed by a carnival at 7:15 in the BHS cafeteria. The pep assembly will start at 8 followed by a bonfire in the BHS parking lot. Friday is the Homecoming football game against Clinton at Bracewell Stadium and Saturday is the traditional homecoming dance.
It’s also West Burlington High School’s homecoming week. The West Burlington Homecoming parade starts at 5:30pm Thursday followed by a pep rally at 7:30 at the High School.
