Southeast Iowa Narcotics Task Force investigators found marijuana, packaging materials, and a large amount of money at a Burlington home on Higbee Street.
During the course of the search warrant, detectives encountered 25-year-old Reginald Elliot of Burlington. Elliot was found to be wanted in another county in Iowa on charges of 3rd Degree Sexual Abuse.
A short distance from the residence, officers also found 31-year-old William Trotter, who also goes by the name “Dizzy” of Burlington. Trotter was arrested for three counts of Delivery of a Controlled Substance. Both men were sent to the Des Moines County Jail.
