A Henderson County registered sex offender was arrested today for Violation of the Sex Offender Registry Act.
The arrest of 40-year-old Norman Teel stems from an investigation by the Henderson County Sheriff’s Department to do a compliance check at Teel’s home. During their check they found him to be in “noncompliance”. He appeared in court and was given a $5,000 bond.
