Burlington Meth Bust

After four months of investigating, The Southeast Iowa Narcotics Task Force and the Burlington Police Department arrested several people for manufacturing meth.

Authorities executed a search warrant at 4496 Sullivan Slough Road in Burlington, where two people were arrested, and a third was detained upon arrival to the home.

The three arrested were 55-year-old Randall Murphy, 37-year-old Tonya Garnsey, and 33-year-old Lisa Morris, all of Burlington.

Inside the home, detectives found meth making materials, packaged crack cocaine, and multiple stolen ATV’s. Murphy and Garnsey were both arrested for conspiracy to manufacture meth. Morris is charged with probation violation.
