With the first big snowfall of the season, there was bound to be some traffic accidents, unfortunately in Henderson County, one was fatal.
36-year-old Jessica Beasley of Lomax was traveling northbound on Carman Road when she lost control of her vehicle, spun into oncoming traffic, and was struck on the passenger side of her vehicle by 38-year-old Brian Nelson of Macomb. Beasley was pronounced dead at the scene, Nelson was treated and released from the hospital.
Families have been notified.
