A 22-year-old Burlington man was taken into custody today by police, and has been charged with 20 counts of Sexual Exploitation of a Minor.
Joshua Manfredi allegedly downloaded pornographic images and videos of children engaging in sex acts with other children, as well as with adult males. The kids in the material range from age 5 to 10 years old.
After detectives submitted Manfredi’s computer for forensic analysis, they discovered 30 video events of children engaged in sex acts, as well as nearly 100 images.
Manfredi is being held in the Des Moines County Jail on $500,000 bond, pending a court appearance.
