The Lee County Deputies were able to find people to care for each and every horse that was neglected by 55-year-old Jeff Graber of Donnellson.
Graber neglected to feed and take care of the horses so authorities in Lee County underwent a horse rescue operation today to find new homes for the animals.
At the beginning of this month police conducted investigations at two properties owned by Graber. The results revealed one dead horse, along with a number of others on the verge of dying.
