A former Burlington man will be spending the next 90 months in prison after pleading guilty to possession of a firearm as a felon.
22-year-old Julian Collins was arrested back in June for having a handgun, after a prior felony drug conviction. When determining how long Collins should be in prison, the court found he had two prior convictions for crimes of violence and possesed a firearm in connection with another felony offense.
Collins was sentenced on the 19th of February.
