There’s another likely meth bust on the horizon in Burlington.
Last night at around 7, police got a call about suspicious activity in the home at 1310 Jefferson Street. What they found were some of the ingredients and equipment used to make meth, but no one was home.
At that point, authorities called in the Southeast Iowa Narcotics Task Force and the Fire Department to gather evidence and get things decontaminated.
The investigation continues.
