A Burlington teenager was arrested today and charged with Third Degree Sex Abuse.
19-year-old Keyon D’Nore Parks was taken into custody after an investigation revealed he was having sex with a 14-year-old female.
The incident was reported to the Burlington Police Department on February 20th.
Parks is being held at the Des Moines County Jail until his initial appearance on $10,000 bond.
