Mr. Terry Michael Simonson 70, of Danville, died Tuesday, March 25, 2014 at Great River Hospice House in West Burington.
According to his wishes, his body has been cremated and a Celebration of Life will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorials have been established to the Danville Fire and Rescue Department. Condolences may be left at the Elliott Chapel website: elliottfuneralchapel.com.
Eugene Ira “Captain” Reeder, 80, of New London, died Tuesday, March 25, 2014 at his home.

Terry Lee Burch, 64, of Burlington, died at his home on Monday, March 24, 2014.
Born on November 9, 1949 in Burlington, Iowa, he was the son of Kenneth E. and Juanita Clark Burch. He married Pam Callaway; they later divorced. He married Dee Dee Foley; they later divorced.
Terry worked as a heavy equipment operator. He loved spending time with his grandchildren. He loved his cat and his Harley Davidson motorcycle. He was of the Baptist faith.
He is survived by his mother, Juanita Chapman of Burlington, Iowa; his companion, Nancy Zippe of Burlington, Iowa; two sons, Nick Burch of Burlington, Iowa and Robert Henry of West Texas; one daughter, Teri Jo Burch (Damian Cummins) of Cedar Rapids, Iowa; two sisters, Connie Riherd of Burlington, Iowa and Diane (Jim) Dixon of Burlington; two brothers, Rick (Jeanie) Chapman of South Dakota and Steve (Nan) Chapman of Illinois; six grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his father, one sister and two brothers.
No formal services are planned. Cremation has been accorded. Condolences may be left at www.prughfuneralservice.com.
