The body that was recovered in the Mississippi River near Lock and Dam 19 Wednesday has been identified as 45-year-old Thomas Newcomb.
Thomas jumped from the Norbert Beckey Bridge in Muscatine this past December and was presumed dead.
His body was found by employees of the power plant in Keokuk Wednesday afternoon at around 1:30pm.
