Developer Rebates on Burlington Council Agenda Again

The Burlington City Council will hold a 4:30 work session today(Mon) and there’s plenty to talk about,

including additional tax abatements for residential developers…the Fire Department’s annual report…and the use of air guns in the city and internships at City Hall.   Also up for possible discussion…in preparation for next week’s regular meeting…are this year’s (hot-mix-asphalt) street resurfacing program…the upcoming final adoption of the rezoning request by Dial Realty (of Omaha) for the former Flint Hills Manor property…and a number of proposed fee increases.

This(Mon) afternoon’s meeting is open to the public and…since it’s a work session…no formal action can be taken.
