Acting Des Moines County Attorney Amy Beavers told the Board of Supervisors yesterday(Tues) that she needs to fill one empty position in her office, but not the other.
Jennifer Bailey resigned recently to become a Public Defender and Beavers says that chair needs to have someone in it. As for County Attorney Pat Jackson…who’s on indefinite medical leave…Beavers says “no”.
