Keokuk Pair Busted for Pot

Lee County’s Narcotics Task Force has arrested two Keokuk residents on felony and misdemeanor drug charges.

33-year old Devantae Seay could be facing more than 17 years in prison on counts of Possession of Marijuana with Intent to Deliver, 2nd or Subsequent Offense, Maintaining a Drug House, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and a Drug Tax Stamp Violation.

His alleged partner-in-crime, 34-year old Kristine Carskadon, is also charged with Possession with Intent to Deliver, Possession of Paraphernalia, Maintaining a Drug House, and a Drug Tax Stamp Violation. She could go away for more than 12 years, if convicted.
