A Muscatine woman has pled guilty to voter fraud.
Mayra Lopez-Morales will pay a 750-dollar civil penalty and the judge gave her a deferred judgement of two years unsupervised probation. Lopez-Morales entered a plea last month to Fraudulent Practices in the Third Degree, an aggravated misdemeanor. She had registered and voted in the 2012 election while she was a non-citizen.
