The Burlington City Council holds one of its every-other-week work sessions today and will get a progress report on flood-fighting-and-cleanup efforts.
Members will also talk about the possibility of instituting an earlier curfew for young-people, an idea backed by Councilwoman Becky Shockley.
Zach James of the regional planning commission will give a “Complete Streets” presentation, and the Council will discuss a potential new agreement with American Water Resources, which provides residents who buy a policy, limited coverage of their sewer system.
This afternoon’s meeting begins at 4:30 and is open to the community.
