SCC Volleyball Season Suspended

The Southeastern Community College volleyball program has been suspended for the 2014-2015 season because they are still without a head coach.

The college has conducted a number of interviews but have not found the right fit.

According to an SCC press release, SCC’s Women Athletic Director, Melissa Flores, said that since they haven’t had a coach since February, the Blackhawks have basically missed out on an entire recruiting season.

College officials hope to have a new coach by December.
