No one was hurt, but lightning struck a house at 123-45 Little Flint Road…(near the intersection with Beaverdale Road)…northwest of Burlington, around 3:50 this(Fri) morning, setting part of the roof on fire, which then spread to the attic.
Burlington Fire Chief Matt Trexel says the damage to Liz Henriksen’s ranch-style home was confined to the building’s top level; $25,000 is the estimated cost of repairs.
