It’s Town & Country Days in Mediapolis this weekend and Danville has its Founders’ Day, but in Fort Madison tomorrow during the second annual Riverview Games, they’re going to try and set a new Guinness world record for the “Longest Human Chain to Pass a Hula Hoop.”

Francisco says setting the record will take a small amount of flexibility by participants. She they need to be able-bodied so that they can actually put the hoop over their head, put it down over their body, and be able to step though it.
Gates open tomorrow morning at 9:30 at Riverview Park, with the Hula Hoop chain at 10.
