Four people were injured and taken to Great River Medical Center around 9 o’clock last(Mon) night, following a 3-car pileup near Levine’s Trailer Park in the 600 block of West Mt. Pleasant Street in West Burlington.

In another accident you won’t see in your local newspaper, a 32-year old Burlington man broke his leg Saturday night around 8:20, when he rode his motorcycle into a utility pole near the corner of Sunnyside Avenue and Bittersweet Place, on the west edge of Burlington Golf Club. Police say Jim Andrews was first taken by ambulance to Great River Medical Center, but later airlifted to the University Hospitals & Clinics in Iowa City.
