If you have a problem with Burlington’s curfew being made earlier, today(Mon) is your opportunity to complain.
The City Council will hold a public hearing this(Mon) afternoon on a proposal to require those 15-and-younger to be home by 9 pm on school nights and by 10 on non-school nights. for those 16 and 17, they would have to be in by 11 on school nights and midnight on non-school nights. Today’s(Mon) meeting begins at 5:30 and the public is invited.
The West Burlington School Board meets tonight(Mon) at 7 and will appoint a new member (to replace Nate Prickett) before reorganizing, as state code requires.
