On another front, the Council voted unanimously to instruct developer Wally Day to install sidewalks at his new condo complex on Park Place. Day had asked to be allowed to eliminate the walks…saying the residents don’t want them…but the council decided to stick with the original agreement, for which they paid the developer an additional $10,000.
