A Ft. Madison man could be sentenced to more than 175 years in prison, if he’s convicted of all the charges filed against him by the Lee County Narcotics Task Force.
37-year old Stephen Winn (of 12-03 23rd Street) was arrested Monday on several felonies — Conspiracy to Manufacture More than Five Grams of Meth, Within 1,000 Feet of a School, Second or Subsequent Offense…Possession With Intent to Deliver More than 5 Grams of Meth, Second or Subsequent Offense…and Possession of a Controlled Substance…a felony Drug Tax Stamp Violation…and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, a misdemeanor.
