More politicians will be hitting the area this week, as we count the days til November 4th.
Tomorrow(Weds) morning at 11:30, Indiana Senator Joe Donnelly will make a stop at Democratic headquarters in Burlington on behalf of Congressman Bruce Braley, who’s running for the U-S Senate. At 12:45, Donnelly will swing by the headquarters in Ft. Madison…and at 2:30 he’s due at the Keokuk office.
On Thursday night at 7, Governor Branstad, Lt. Governor Reynolds and New Jersey Governor Chris Christie will pay a visit to the Winegard Companies on Mt. Pleasant Street in Burlington.
This Friday, Branstad & Reynolds’ challengers, Jack Hatch and Monica Vernon, will take their “Fresh Start Tour” to Keokuk, Ft. Madison, Burlington, Mt. Pleasant and Fairfield…before hitting Ottumwa, Knoxville and Cedar Rapids.
