The collision we told you about early this(Thur) morning at Mediapolis Road and 220th Avenue involved a fatality.
First reports from the scene…just after 6:35 am…indicated that a semi collided with a car and the car then caught fire.
No other details have been released yet by the Des Moines County Sheriff’s Department nor the District-15 Iowa State Patrol in Mt. Pleasant, which is handling the investigation.
