Lee County’s Narcotics Task Force and Ft. Madison police arrested a Ft. Madison man yesterday(Weds) at his home on a felony charge.
25-year old Roy Vowels of 18-06 Avenue A, Lot #8, is accused of selling marijuana within 1,000 feet of a school. If he’s convicted, Vowels could go to prison for up to 10 years.
