Lee County’s Narcotics Task Force has busted a Ft. Madison woman on felony meth charges.
32-year old Stephanie Nelligan is accused of Conspiracy to Manufacture More than Five Grams Within 1,000 feet of a Park. If she’s found guilty, Nelligan could receive up to 30 years in state prison.
