Local Congressman Dave Loebsack will pay visits today(Fri) to two local fire stations…in West Burlington and Montrose.
While he’s there, the 2nd District Democrat says he’ll discuss legislation he helped introduce that would provide a tax deduction to volunteer first responders and help volunteer fire departments and help other public safety organizations recruit & retain volunteers.
Loebsack will stop at the West Burlington station at 301 Broadway at 1 o’clock…and he’s scheduled to arrive at the Montrose fire-house, 406 Main Street, at 3.
