It’s work-session Monday for the Burlington City Council
and among the discussion items on today’s(Mon) agenda are a presentation by the Convention & Visitors Bureau, which is facing a likely budget reduction…an update on the physical condition of the police department building and how much it would cost to repair it…the monthly treasurer’s report…and next (fiscal) year’s budget, overall. This(Mon) afternoon’s meeting begins at 4:30 and the public is welcome to attend.
The Burlington School Board meets tonight(Mon) at 7 and will consider some early retirement applications. Members will also get an update from the Technology Committee on the 1 to 1 computer initiative.
