Henderson County Sheriff’s deputies now say their investigation continues and criminal charges are likely in connection with yesterday’s(Tues) early-morning fire at 312 Mellinger Avenue in Gulfport.
The blaze gutted the mobile home and resulted in chemical burns to an unnamed Gladstone firefighter. He was taken to Great River Medical Center…treated and released. Crews from Gulfport, Oquawka, Biggsville, Gladstone, Burlington and West Burlington fought the fire, which could be seen for several miles.
The home was occupied by Joani Mickey and Delbert Moeller.
