Four Burlington Teenagers are in hot water after West Burlington Police responded to a report of Shoplifting at the Agency Road Wal-Mart store.
20 year old Katherine Kirk, 19 year old Tiffany Hall, and two minors, ages 17 and 15–all Burlington residents, were cited by police for shoplifting around $266 worth of merchandise.
The teens were given theft citations and released from police custody. No arrests were made.
