The Former Director of the Iowa Department of Public Health is joining the Greater Burlington Community.
Dr. Mariannette Miller-Meeks, M.D. has joined Great River Eye Specialists, a clinic for the treatment of eye conditions.
A graduate of the University of Texas school of medicine, Dr. Miller-Meeks is a glaucoma specialist who was chosen as the director of the State’s health department in 2010, under Governor Branstad. She’s also a former Army Reservist.
Great River Eye Specialists is located in the Eastman Plaza at 1223 South Gear Avenue in West Burlington.
