A Burlington man is in jail after allegedly sexually assaulting a 12 year old girl at a mutual friends home.
Des Moines County Sheriff’s Department officials say that 18 year old Colin Lieb of Osborn Street in Burlington committed an innapropriate sexual act with the girl at the house of a mutual friend. The two may have met on Facebook.
Sheriff’s Deputies learned of the assault when the victim informed a school guidance counselor.
He’s being charged with 3rd Degree Sexual Abuse as well as 5th Degree Theft.
