Police say a Fort Madison man attempted to sell marijuana within 1,000 feet of a school this week.
The Lee County Narcotics Task Force arrested 45 year old Matthew Dale Mausling of Avenue G on Tuesday on felony drug charges. If convicted, he could face up to 10 years in a state correctional facility.
The investigation was conducted by the Lee County Narcotics Task Force and the Fort Madison Police Department.
