A Fort Madison couple were arrested Wednesday on charges that they allegedly sold, manufactured, and used methamphetamine out of their home, close to a school, and in the presence of a minor.
Those arrests announced by the Lee County Narcotics task force. 29 year old Kelli Grizzle and 31 year old Billy Strause of 1516 1/2 Avenue C in Fort Madison are both charged with Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Possession of Methamphetamine, Maintaining a Drug House, and Conspiracy to Manufacture Methamphetamine in Excess of Five Grams in the Presence of a Minor and Within 1000 Feet of a School.
If convicted on all charges, they face up to 38 years in prison each.
