A man who attempted to violently coerce a woman into buying beer for him was arrested by Burlington Police on Wednesday.
Police say that a victim was walking down Maple Street when 42 year old Vincente Colon (Coh-Loan), grabbed her by the arm and asked her to buy beer for him at the nearby Circle K. When she resisted, the man gave her money and physically drug her to the Circle K.
Once inside, the victim informed the clerk of the situation and police were dispatched. Colon was arrested for assault and criminal trespass, having been previously banned from the Circle K.
