The Boil Order that was in effect for the City of Middletown has been lifted as of Friday.
Last Friday, crews were working to repair a broken water main and realized that a second main had broken. A boil order had been in effect for roughly 20 people Friday as they fixed that main. Crews had the water shut off overnight to make remaining repairs.
A Middletown Official confirmed the boil order was lifted around 1:00pm on Friday.
