A Burlington man was arrested Thursday on child molestation charges following an investigation by the Des Moines County Sheriff’s Department.
22 year old Kody Wayne Burr is charged with three misdemeanor counts of Indecent Contact with a Child after allegations surfaced that he molested a child in rural Des Moines County sometime last month.
If convicted he could face up to 2 years in prison and a $6,250 fine for each count. He’s being held on $2,000 bond.
