Henderson County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested three men from Burlington, over the weekend on drug, alcohol and weapons charges.
Deputies arrested Aaron D. Chapman, age 25 for Possession of a Controlled Substance and Felony Unlawful Use of Weapon, Tykell J. Percell, age 25 for Driving Under the Influence of Drugs (Cannabis) Unlawful Use of Weapon and Andre D. Jones, age 41 for Unlawful Use of a Weapon and Illegal Transportation of Alcoholic Beverage.
The arrest stems from the driver being under the influence of drugs while enroute on Old Highway 34 towards Gulfport. The arresting deputy located a . 22 caliber handgun under the front passenger side seat.
Jones posted a $150 bond, Chapman and Percell are being held in the Henderson County Jail on no bond felony charges.
